Submissions to the PRC must be signed and submitted on the standard template. The submission form and its annexes preferably should be sent electronically.
Submissions must be sent to the PRC Coordinator at least five working days before the scheduled date of the next meeting. To request an email or ad hoc review, submissions must be accompanied by justification for requiring such extemporary review; this justification then must be approved by the PRC Chair prior to review by PRC members.
Officers submitting cases for review must be available during the scheduled time of review in case the Chair decides that their presence is required during the deliberations.
