Bidders are allowed to send updated or modified submissions any time before the closing date of the tendering period. After the closing period, no further amendments or modifications can be accepted.

A bidder that submitted an offer can withdraw the offer only in writing and with the authorization (and signature) of the same individual who submitted the offer. This must be done before the closing date of the solicitation period. The withdrawal notice should be sent to the recipient of the original offer.
