If a Long Term Agreement (LTA) exists for the product or service required, there may be no need for additional sourcing or a competitive process. Please refer to 10.05 Long Term Agreements (LTA).
Vendor eligibility
Staff conducting procurement must avoid distributing tender documents to vendors who are deemed ineligible to do business with the UN. Please refer to section 3.03 Vendor eligibility.
