17.05 Approval of non-commercial contracts


The non-commercial contracts described above are not subject to the requirements of procurement with commercial entities. Depending on the type of contract and its amount, however, they must be cleared by a specific awarding authority (as detailed in the table below). When considering amount, previous contracts with the same partner raised within the last 12 months should be taken into account.
